ORDERING & FULFILLMENT


How is a piece commissioned?

All pieces are made to order to preserve quality and reduce unnecessary production.

Once a commission is placed, materials are allocated and artisans begin the crafting process.

What is the lead time?


Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted, inspected, and prepared for dispatch.

 


SHIPPING & SECURITY


How will my commission arrive?

 Global, insured delivery is provided via FedEx Priority or DHL Express.

A signature is required upon delivery for all high-value commissions.

Are duties included?

For international deliveries, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the client and are determined by local customs authorities.

 


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

What is your return policy?


Returns for a full refund or store credit are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Return shipments must be insured and trackable.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing a commission.

After this period, materials have been allocated and production has begun.

LIFETIME CARE

 

How should I maintain my leather?

 

Full-grain leather should be protected from prolonged moisture and heat.

Routine care may be performed with a soft, dry cloth.
