ORDERING & FULFILLMENT

How is a piece commissioned? We operate strictly on a commission basis to ensure absolute structural integrity. By bypassing mass production, we allocate our European artisans the exact measure of time required for perfection. Once a commission is authorized, raw materials are allocated and construction begins.

What is the lead time? Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your commission to be master-crafted, structurally audited, and secured for global dispatch.   SHIPPING & SECURITY

How will my commission arrive? Global, insured transit is executed via FedEx Priority or DHL Express. A signature is strictly required upon delivery to release all high-value commissions.

Are duties included? For international acquisitions, import duties and localized taxes are the responsibility of the client, as dictated by the customs authority of the final destination.   RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS   What is your return policy? Commissions may be returned for a full reversal or House credit within 14 days of receipt. The object must be entirely unblemished and in its original architectural state. Return logistics must be fully insured and traceable by our Concierge.

Can I cancel my commission? Commission retractions are accepted strictly within 24 hours of authorization. Following this window, the Spanish Boxcalf has been cut, materials are allocated, and the architectural process is locked.

LIFETIME CARE

How should I maintain my leather? Grade 1 Boxcalf and full-grain hides are living materials. They must be shielded from prolonged moisture and extreme thermal exposure. Routine maintenance requires only a soft, untextured cloth.
