Should your commission require attention due to a defect in materials or artisan construction, the House will provide a restorative repair at no cost.

This commitment applies to structural elements essential to the performance and longevity of the piece.

THE REFRESH SERVICE

 

Leather is a living material that evolves with its owner.

For commissions requiring professional refreshing, deep conditioning, or hardware polishing due to natural wear, our Concierge will coordinate a return to our specialized workshop, where the piece will be treated with the same care as its original creation.

EXCLUSIONS

While we design for permanence, our care does not extend to:

• Neglect or improper storage

• Unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs

• Damage beyond the scope of natural wear

We preserve the craft.

We do not replace the history you have written into the leather.
