Each OLEGÁNZA piece is prepared and packaged with care before leaving our hands.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
International delivery times vary by destination.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Certain OLEGÁNZA pieces are offered on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items are crafted after an order is placed and require 4–6 weeks for production before shipping. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each product page.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this production period.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we release.

If, upon receipt, an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Personalized or custom pieces are final sale, unless received damaged or defective.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact returns@oleganza.co with your order number.
Domestic returns will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
